Questions we get a lot
Is it really built overnight?
For most small business sites, yes. Send your brief in the evening and a first draft preview is usually ready the next morning. Bigger sites with online shops or lots of pages take a little longer, and we'll tell you up front.
What do I need to give you?
Just your Instagram, Facebook or Google Business link and a few answers in the brief. We pull your photos, services, hours and reviews from there. If you have a logo file, great; if not, we can tidy one up.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. Your homepage preview is free. If you love it, you pay a 50% deposit and we build the rest of the site. The balance is due at launch.
Will I own the website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we'll help you do it.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. On a care plan, just text or email us your changes. Without one, we'll quote small updates as you need them.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site is built with local search basics: fast pages, proper titles, location details and a linked Google Business Profile. Ranking takes time, but you'll start with the right foundations.
